The Osteria was born in 2010 from the desire to make the traditional dishes of the Marche and Abruzzo cuisine eternal over time. This desire, combined with the love for cooking, gives rise to a restaurant that, for its client, becomes a home: hospitality, smiles, genuine ingredients. Continuing the tradition, the interest in renewing the kitchen, the everyday passion for one's work, the care in choosing the best raw materials become the perfect recipe to make you feel, every time, at home.

The appetizers based on local cured meats and cheeses of our territory, the famous strictly hand-made Ascoli olives, the black cabbage croquettes, the cacio and olive pallotte or the cod fillets in batter will accompany you to discover our main courses: ravioli of sheep's milk ricotta, the famous ravioli incaciati and the strains with porcini mushrooms and vegetables and always all hand made with the passion of our cook. Finally, the main courses with the typical Rabbit alla c'nip and c'ngiap rather than a tasty cut of beef or chicken. all accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables and a vast selection of typical local wines.
